I'v surfed a bit on the internet for your problem.
The computer specs are all fine and should not be the initial cause of the problem.
The problem is most likely, is how your computer communicates with their server.
The application "ArenaSocket.cpp" is the cause, it uses the paradigm of C++ which is basicly a computer language like Java and D(++), many other softwares and systems use this language aswell, for example Linux and Windows DOS.
The first thing you can try, is whipe GW completely from you're system, and download the Client from their website.
Using the client will download every bit of content from their servers.
If that wont work, make sure you have the latest Microsoft.NET Framework.
The network frame is like a template that reads and translates codings made from and off networks. (Internet, servers, data transitions etc.)
However if that does not work, it may just be your actual provider, or country blocking you from certain networks they exclude from you're provider.
This is all i can do for you right now.
